Shipping Details
Most Items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Return Policy
All returns / exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise in ORIGINAL FACTORY CONDITION & MUST INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL, WARRANTY CARDS, MANUALS, AND ACCESSORIES.
Unwanted Products - PRIOR AUTHORIZATION ONLY. (Returns = Reimbursement less shipping and have RMA# PLUS 25% restocking fee.
Refused Delivery - Customer pays all shipping & handling. Once warehouse receives product, customer will be credited for original purchase price less shipping & handling BOTH WAYS.
Defective Items - Customer = RMA#, pays shipping & handling within 14 days of delivery. IF EXCHANGE NOT WANTED AT TIME OF RMA, STORE CREDIT ISSUED ONCE PRODUCT returned back to the shelf. IF ITEM RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE AFTER 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY, IT WILL BE THEIR DISCRETION EITHER TO ACCEPT RETURN PLUS 50% RESTOCKING CHARGE OR, PRODUCT RETURNED BACK TO CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE FOR ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING.
ALL REIMBURSEMENTS = Company Store Credit to be used toward new orders.
Damaged Goods Policy
Defective Items:
A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA an automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
If the item has been received at our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs.
All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
